Europe’s No.1 airliner for on-time performance.
Ryanair is Europe’s favourite airline, operating more than 3,300 daily flights from 250 bases, connecting over 200 destinations in 37 countries on a fleet of over 584 aircraft. This fleet comprises 557 Boeing 737, and 27 Airbus a320, with a further 300 Boeing 737s on order, which will enable Ryanair to lower fares and grow traffic to 250m p.a. by FY30.
Ryanair has a team of more than 25,000 highly skilled aviation professionals delivering Europe’s No.1 on-time performance, and an industry leading 40-year safety record.
With such a large fleet, MRO is key to Ryanair, and they have a number of MRO bases across Europe. They opened the first MRO Prestwick operation in 2003 and this was expanded in 2010.
Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) maintains the fleet of Ryanair aircraft from its base at Glasgow Prestwick Airport. The site has CAA and EASA Part-145 accreditations and has a 6-bay hangar, following a 2010 expansion at site.
