Precision Tooling Services
Precision Tooling Services provides a modern manufacturing facility for precision machined components to Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Rail, Marine and General Engineering from small batch quantities and prototypes, to medium and high volume batch quantities in a wide range of alloys, including carbon steel, stainless and duplex, nickel and super alloys, and tool steels.
We can offer full supply components from raw material in either bar form or from forgings and castings. Our precision machining facility is complemented by our own in-house investment casting foundry located in Beith, North Ayrshire. Our products have full traceability from raw material through to finished component with certification to the clients requirement.
Additive manufacturing via our modern 3D FDM printer, utilising 13 different materials including Airbus approved material, provides the capability to quickly and accurately produce rapid prototypes, temporary OEM spares, feasibility models and tooling.
Quality is paramount to us, therefore, we hold the following accreditations: ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949 and AS9100D. Additional quality measures can also be carried out to our customers’ requirements via APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA and Quality Plans.
